Lynn Packham is a qualified and highly respected professional with over 18 years experience in the application of advanced adult education techniques.

A talented instructional designer and facilitator, Lynn has consistently demonstrated her professional quality, passion and personal integrity in all her endeavours. Over the years she has built up a well earned respect and trust amongst the many people and organizations she has dealt with. Her comprehensive understanding of business, management and the latest advances in adult education is a distinct asset in today’s ever competitive world.

Lynn's major  achievements include a highly successful corporate-wide training initiative to train staff at a large BC Credit Union in preparation for an Equity Share sale that went on to vastly exceed expectations by raising over $13 million. Lynn also designed a highly innovative and effective program on service excellence to train 400+ staff simultaneously in seventeen separate locations throughout the Lower Mainland and Okanagan.

Lynn holds an Honours Degree in Law and Economics, an HND in Business Studies, a BC Provincial Instructors Diploma and a BC Train the Trainer Certificate. She is an active member of the Canadian Society for Training & Development and the BC Human Resources Management Association.

A citizen of both the U.K. and Canada, she has lived and worked in Europe and North America.
